The IP Address Blacklist Check and Domain Blacklist (RBL) DNSBL is a tool to check, check IP or domains in real-time, are they blacklisted by RBL / DNSBL? What is RBL / DNSBL? A real-time blackhole list (RBL) is a list of IP address owners who are dynamically active spammers and are detected as a source of spam and included in the blacklist. RBLs can include Internet service providers (ISPs) with customers who are known as spammers or ISP servers that are hijacked or abused for spam purposes. RBL is also known as DNS blacklist (DNSBL), DNSBL stands for Domain Name System Blacklists or Blackhole List, which attempts to block and stop email spamming or spam email. a spam block list that allows website administrators to block messages from specific systems that have a history of sending spam. If your e-mail server has been blacklisted, some of the e-mails or messages you send may not be delivered and marked as spam.
Most spam is the result of online advertising and unsolicited bulk email (UBE). When e-mails or messages are sent excessively, the IP address can be detected and added to the RBL. The existence of RBL will prevent abuse of the system by stopping spam. However, the blacklist process must be handled with care. It cannot prohibit appropriate or authentic source connections or open-source networks. If the ISP subscribes to RBL, the ISP can determine which IP addresses to block and add to RBL. If the IP address matches the IP address listed on the RBL, the connection will be automatically terminated. RBL was first implemented by the Mail Preuse System Prevention System (MAPS), which was acquired by Trend Micro in 2005. Trend Micro adheres to strict guidelines and policies in its ongoing effort to nominate and remove spam IP addresses from blackhole data lists.
